Guns and Roses!

I am on vacation; am planning to replenish my soul with a good dose of family and film and fun; and today I saw a couple of nice things happening in Iran:

The reformists are firing back in unison!

I am P L E A S E D

that Khatami has said: "Those who are pretending to fight reformists on charges of Western Liberalism, are employing all the tools of fascism and totalitarianism that themselves root in Western culture"!

that Mousavi has stressed what is happening now has unleashed unimaginable potentials that go beyond the issue of electing one person or the other, advancing Iran's century long journey to Democracy!

that more and more insiders are coming out threatening to expose the pasts and present of the corrupt religious and military bases on which Ahmadinejad is wobbling!

that the parliament members (while kissing Khamenei's ass) are also exposing how he has tried to meddle in the parliament vote of confidence to Ahmadinejad's cabinet!

that suggestions are made that the commander of teh revolutionary guard should be sued for throwing treason accusations at previous president, for meddling in politics which is none of their business, and for threatening the "system" more than all those imagined velvet traitors could ever have!

I think this is very significant. Hopefully, the more revelations that come out about corruption within the regime, the more its power will be weakened!

I wish you a pleasant vacation Naj. :)

Welcome to the jungle
We got fun 'n' games
We got everything you want
Honey we know the names
We are the people that can find
Whatever you may need
If you got the money honey
We got your disease

In the jungle
Welcome to the jungle
Watch it bring you to your knees, knees
I wanna watch you bleed

Welcome to the jungle
We take it day by day
If you want it you're gonna bleed
But it's the price you pay
And you're a very sexy girl
That's very hard to please
You can taste the bright lights
But you won't get them for free
In the jungle
Welcome to the jungle
Feel my, my, my serpentine
I, I wanna hear you scream

;-)

Good luck against Iran's potential fascists whoever they may be.

Good for Iran! And good for Naj taking a breather...with one eye on the struggle.
